Of course it might happen that things go less optimal than planned. We advise you to always mail us first if you have any complaints small or big (info@persistreasures.nl). Usually we will be able to find a solution together.
If this is not the case you can bring the case to Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil for mediation.
Another option would be to file your complaint to the ODR-platform of the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Please use this as a last resort only and always email us first.
