Returns

Of course sometimes your order does not meet up to your expectations. Returns are possible within a 14 day period after receiving your order. Please see our general conditions for the terms that are applicable or just sent as an email and we’ll help you through the process. You can use our returnsform to return your order. Returns are possible for our interior goods. Returning saffron is not possible due to health and safety reasons. Please let us know if anything is less than perfect so we can improve in the future.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of returns. And you have 14 days after notifying us to send us the package. The shipping costs of the return must be payed by the customer. We will issue a refund within 14 days after sending the return package if the order arrives undamaged.
