About our ceramics

Our ceramic works are completely handmade. This means that both the shaping and painting processes are done by hand. After the work is shaped by the artist it goes into an oven to solidify the shape. When it comes out of the oven and cools the artist paints the ceramic work using tiny brushes to apply the intricate details. Artists need many years of practice before they are able to apply the beautiful patterns. In Persian ceramic works we see a combination of mainly flowery patterns with some geometrical forms. These two motifs are soon in almost all traditional Persian art forms.

We offer different kinds of ceramic items. Our stock varies but often includes items like plates and vases. Each item is unique because they are all handmade. Some artists make multiple similar items together. That’s why we have two or three items of some designs.
