Minakari plate - Ø 30 cm

This plate is a minakari plate. Minakari is a Persian artstyle/method. Glass powder is fused to metal objects to create intricate patterns. The plates are handmade by artists in the city of Isfahan. Minakari plates and vases are often used to decorate Persian and Indian interiors. The plate has a ring on the back which enables you to hang it on a wall. A standard to display the plate upright like on the pictures is also included. This unique plate is beautiful as decoration but can also be used to serve food on. It is not suitable for warm or sticky food and you shouldn't put it in a dishwasher. We recommend serving dry things like cookies, candy or nuts from this plate so you'll only have to wipe it down gently to clean it.
